Experience

I have extensive teaching experience. I'm available to tutor algebra, geometry, elementary math, middle school math, reading, writing, phonics, literature, arithmetic, English, and a multitude of other subjects. I received my degrees from UCSC and SFSU. I've worked for years as a classroom teacher and I've also worked as a developer of technologies that can be used in schools. It is incredibly rewarding to work with a student on an individual basis, and I love to watch my students grow into strong, independent learners. As a tutor I encourage my students to be confident individuals. I look forward to meeting new students and helping them reach their fullest potential. When I'm not teaching or tutoring I am typically conducting research.
